A PDF version of a completed participation plan can be generated by the portal, if required.
- Click on 鈥淧articipation Plans鈥 from the dashboard.
- Locate the relevant participation plan using filter by status or click on the table headings to order by name (A to Z) or time (oldest to newest).
- Click the down arrow next to the record and select 鈥淰iew Details.鈥
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 鈥淒ownload PDF鈥.
