Under the 91¶ÌÊÓƵn Jobs Act 2017 and as part of the 91¶ÌÊÓƵn Industry Participation Strategy 2024, prospective suppliers of goods, services, housing and works (above certain thresholds) for the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ must submit a participation plan as part of their 91¶ÌÊÓƵ tender.

Completion of a participation plan on the WAIPS Portal does not constitute submission to the procuring agency. You must submit a completed participation plan via the relevant tendering portal before the tender closing time for the bid to be considered.
