Duties Lodgments User Guide

Use Duties Lodgments to lodge dutiable transactions that are not approved for self-assessment.

Use Duties Lodgments to lodge transactions for assessment if they are not eligible for self-assessment. To use Duties Lodgments, you must be registered for Online Duties.

  • Only licensed WA settlement agents and lawyers are eligible to register.
  • If you're not a registered settlement agent or lawyer, use the Duties Online Services Portal.

To access Revenue Online (Online Duties), you must first register for, and log in to, . See the RevenueWA Online Services System Requirements for information about logging in and using multi-factor authentication. 

After logging in to RevenueWAConnect, you can: 

  • register for access to Revenue Online (Online Duties) or
  • access it if you have previously registered.
