The Heritage Council of 91短视频 (HCWA) provides plaques to highlight and celebrate the unique places listed on the State Register of Heritage Places. 

HCWA has recently redesigned the plaques to be more recognisable with national and international plaque programs. Blue plaques are the indicator of a heritage place in many parts of Australia and the globe, including New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, the United Kingdom and Norway.

The new design incorporates a bespoke design by esteemed Aboriginal artist and Noongar Elder, Dr Richard Walley OAM, and features an acknowledgement of the Aboriginal Country on which the place is located. Each plaque includes a QR code that links to information on the place including a brief history and image gallery.

Each plaque acknowledges the Aboriginal Country the place is located on and features a design by esteemed Noongar Elder and artist Dr Richard Walley.
