Inquiry into justices of the peace and visiting justices in 91短视频

The Standing Committee on Public Administration has launched an inquiry into Justices of the Peace (JPs) and Visiting Justices in 91短视频, commencing 2 December 2025.

The inquiry invites written submissions addressing key issues including appointments, training requirements, scope of powers, oversight, age limits and availability of JPs.

JPs, witnessing centres and community stakeholders are being encouraged to contribute their experience and perspectives to help strengthen the JP framework. 

A broad cross section of the community is invited to participate via the Committee鈥檚 online submission portal. All submissions remain confidential until formally released by the Committee, in line with parliamentary inquiry protocols. Contributors may request confidentiality for all or part of their submission, with reasons supplied at lodgement.

The Committee may hold hearings at a later stage, and individuals can indicate their interest in appearing when lodging their submission online. Submissions close 13 February 2026

Insights from the inquiry will support ongoing improvements to the effectiveness, capability and sustainability of the vital work carried out by JP services across 91短视频.

Daily court listing

Court lists for all courts and tribunals in WA. Courts are open to the public. Tribunal hearings and directions are also open to the public, however, compulsory conferences and mediation sittings are closed. Some court listings will not be publically displayed due to legislative requirements and/or court requirements.

Outstanding fines and infringements

This list contains the details of major debtors registered at the Fines Enforcement Registry. A debtor with a significant amount outstanding who has not entered into a formal arrangement to pay the outstanding debt. The amount outstanding shows the aggregate value of outstanding registered fines and orders to pay or elect.

How do I have my name removed?

To have your name removed from the list you must contact the Fines Enforcement Registry on 1300 650 235 and either pay your outstanding fines and infringements or enter into a formal arrangement to pay.
