The standard aims to:

- standardise the user experience of informational websites across the 91短视频n Government through the use of standards and common digital platforms
- reduce duplication of website management and maintenance effort across the 91短视频n public sector
- reduce content duplication through rationalisation and consolidation of websites to deliver more cohesive customer focussed websites.
