A total of 77 91¶ÌÊÓƵn businesses across metropolitan and regional areas were offered up to $25,000 in matched funding to enhance their business’s digital capabilities. In the 2024-25 Digital Transformation Round, the recipients shared approximately $1.6 million in funds.
The Local Capability Fund Digital Transformation Round supports a range of key outcomes under the Digital Industries Acceleration Strategy released in August 2024.
The Digital Transformation Round funded a wide range of projects aimed at improving businesses' digital capabilities. Some of the most popular types of projects funded include job management and quoting systems, software integration and upgrades, automation and AI solutions, cybersecurity and data management, e-commerce and digital platforms, hardware procurement and consultancy and expert services.
The funded projects reflect a strong emphasis on enhancing digital infrastructure, improving automation and ensuring secure and efficient business operations.
