In response to a request from the civil construction industry, training in specified civil construction qualifications in 91¶ÌÊÓƵ were changed from a traineeship to an apprenticeship on 3 September 2021 under the Civil Construction Pilot Program.
The program aims to increase skills and employment outcomes for individuals and build workforce capacity for WA employers.
