Pursuant to the Mutual Recognition (Automatic Deemed Registration Notification - 91¶ÌÊÓƵ) Determination 2022, under section 42J of the Mutual Recognition Act 1992 (Cth), the attached list of interstate registration holders have notified the local registration authority that they intend to operate in 91¶ÌÊÓƵ.
These individuals hold automatic deemed registration (ADR), which entitles them to carry on regulated activities captured by the occupations administered by the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety, under the terms of their home State registration.
These individuals have not been granted registration in 91¶ÌÊÓƵ but must comply with the conduct requirements of all relevant 91¶ÌÊÓƵn laws. Refer to the registration document issued by the participant's home State or verify any conditions or restrictions that may affect an individual's permitted scope of activities with the relevant home State registration authority.
