Richard is the Assistant Under Treasurer of Agency Budgeting and Governance, having commenced this role in July 2018. Prior to this, he had been the Executive Director of Treasury鈥檚 Economic Business Unit since May 2014.
This role is responsible for the oversight and governance of Government Trading Enterprises, supporting the State鈥檚 financial management framework, legislative and accounting standards advice, and Treasury鈥檚 provision of support for the budgeting needs of over 100 general government agencies.
During 2018-19, Richard was a Director of Gold Corporation and was appointed as a Director on the Board of Synergy in May.
