The Traffic Management in Emergencies Guideline is provided for use by emergency management agencies, Main Roads 91¶ÌÊÓƵ (MRWA) staff, local government staff and traffic management contractors. This guideline and tools are provided to agencies who have a traffic management role in an emergency and should be used when developing agency specific internal procedures.
