State lot activity
The latest version of the State lot activity publication contains statistical details of residential subdivision activity in 91¶ÌÊÓƵ. Statistics of residential lots are compiled from subdivision applications lodged with and approved by the 91¶ÌÊÓƵn Planning Commission.
The statistics relate to lots:
(a) under 3,000 square metres; and
(b) zoned residential under local government town planning schemes.
