Key findings from residential embedded network customer responses

Sample size: 527 residential customers including 304 in strata, 110 in retirement villages, 75 in caravan parks, and 38 in other types of properties. Sample included 334 owner-occupiers and 163 tenants (another 30 did not disclose ownership status).
