Generation licence exemption granted to Kwinana WTE Project Co Pty Ltd (2017)

Phoenix Energy Australia Pty Ltd made the application on behalf of Kwinana WTE Project Co Pty Ltd. 

The public comment period closed on 3 January 2018. No submissions were received on the application.

Kwinana WTE Project Co Pty Ltd has now been granted a generation licence exemption by the Governor under section 8 of the Electricity Industry Act 2004. A current version of the exemption can be found in the Electricity Industry Exemption Order 2005 on the .
